Highlights on Indirect Dark Matter Detection
We will review some basic concepts regarding indirect dark matter detection and discuss recent results in the field.
Later, we will discuss the sensitivity of gamma-ray telescopes to dark matter annihilation and decay, and see the expliciit
impact on the dark matter interpretation of the GeV gamma-ray excess observed in the Galactic Center. Lastly, we show that
we entered a new era where gamma-ray telescopes are as sensitive as neutrino detectors to neutrino lines from dark matter annihilation,
with the potential to distinguish neutrino flavors.
